  Drinks great. Bartenders friendly. Food good. Only gave three stars because of poor service from server named Tim. He was unfriendly & rude. His behavior made it seem as if he were inconvenienced by having to assist me. I observed that I was the only one who received this treatment from him. Not sure what the problem was...I have a good idea what it could’ve been though. If people aren’t comfortable with diversity & serving ALL kinds of people who come into the places they work, then they probably shouldn’t be working in service industry at a busy airport where they will encounter ALL kinds of people.

  I was heading to Orlando with my lovely fiancé and we decided to stop by and have a drink we sat at the bar and TAMARA was just the most welcoming and kind lady very helpful knew about all the places around to go to in Richmond told us about THE VAULT right outside of the airport were we also came to and was very nice entertaining environment she was very fast and the service was better then 5 stars she needs 10 THANKS TAMARA

  If I could give them 0 stars I would. It’s not really that busy and I couldn’t even get service. I came up and politely ask a waitress if I needed to check in with a hostess and she said no and offered me a menu and I kindly accepted and she tells me I’ll be with u in a minute. Well after about 20 minutes of sitting about 8 feet away from where the same waitress passes by me 7 times I still have no service. So I left to the place across from them. This is ridiculous because if making contact with to insure that the serving staff know hey I’m a new customer sitting down and I’ll require service and u still ignore me then u must not value my business. So I took my money elsewhere because you obviously don’t want it. Let’s remember guys ur not the only option around and while I was too lazy to go to another restaurant I wasn’t too lazy to settle for a cold meal and a water instead a hot meal and alcohol. Maybe it’s poor service or maybe it’s a Hispanic thing he’ll I don’t know but in either case I’ll be sure to voice my opinion and as soon as I’m done with this review I’ll be sure to let the manager know his or her mediocre staff should step their game up.

  Waitress was fine. But they advertise themselves as a "brewhouse" and all they had was 1 IPA, everything else was Bud light, Sam Adams, etc.

  Not many other options in RIC airport... they stay busy and the food is good!
